Recently I finished designing a website for a large organization that required many category’s (each department). The layout of each category was a main article describing the department and its members along with contact information. The subsequent articles were going to be kept up to date in a newsletter type format.
After a few new articles I did not like the fact that I had to manually keep moving the main article to number one. So after a bit of tweaking I tried to put a -1 on the main article then set the other order to newest first. It worked!!
